Belly Dance HOW TO secrets:

Hip drop up and down, side accents, twists  and their combined  variations can be done by using your knees (like in the shimmi technique), buttocks muscles, belly muscles  and side muscles (External and  Internal Obliques).  Just repeating accents many times  (what we do during the course) by itself is very effective training of all mentioned muscles (which also creates slender weist!). The technique of accents  gets improved continuously with practicing them. But we could be still much more effective if we do regular fitness for developing buttocks. It will give your accents special sharpness.

 In addition I can recommend an exercise which I have learned from Dina during her workshop” Secrets of Dina’s technique”. It enables you to controle every small detail of your accents, creating enormous accents varieties. (video instructions will be posted in a few days).
