BELLY-DANCE-FITNESS:
SUPER TRAINING FOR LADIES

Almere - Belly Dance. Not the
first sport you think of when you want to become slim or bring your body in
shape. But nothing is less true. One hour of bellydance-fitness with teacher
Galina and you feel your muscles in places where you did not know they were.
Thus true super training.
Every week she works out step-by-step traditional
belly dance movements until participants can dance like 1001 night princess.
Fun, and also good for the body.
This new form of fitness is a hot body shaping on very charming varied
music. That makes it extra fun.
On the first place – training of belly, weist, back and hip muscles. “If you
do this regularly, you will get thinner weist for sure”, - sais Galina. In
Russia, where Galina comes from, belly dance is very populaire. “There women
are belly dancing really a lot”.
We get a hip shawl with
bells to emphysise our hip movements.
A small thing but gives immediately
a big effect. One swinging turn with the hips
and cheerful tinkle flies through the hall. In the first lessons we learn
“camel” and “horse”, and if we
make them one after another, it looks already quite pretty. The difference
between these two movements is in what you move first: upper body or lower
body. We move a bit imperfect, but if after camel
and horse we make a turn with the hip and move our arms, everyone can see
the result. We are belly dancing! Belly dance–fitness is suitable for women
of all ages and body types. Cloth advice: easy sitting trousers (shorts) or
short skirt, t-shirt, no shoes.
