Belly Dance HOW TO secrets:

Every movement is a combination of several simple movements. Start with making the most simple movement. For example how to make horizontal figure eight: first move your weight from one leg to another leg. And back. This simple shift of hips with moving weight is one of simple components of the figure eight. The next step – before you shift your weight to another leg, first turn the hip (backwards or forward, depends which direction you make the figure eight). And then move it to another leg. Turning hip – is another simple component of this movement. Then pay attantion to the upper body – it should not turn.

 During the course every movement is builded up from its the most simple components, which make possible to learn any advanced technique for any course participant.
